Dreams Made Flesh

This piece is all about the imaginary world and the "real" world, and how things cross over between the two. Just as I as artist worked to make these imaginary forms real through paint and surface, the forms themselves work to make manifest what they are to the eyes and minds of those who will but look and see.
Part of the human condition is the need to make sense of the world around around us. We look at abstract forms with the question, “what is it?”, wanting to fit it into a preconceived idea. Sometimes, it is best to simply let them be what they are.
